Candidate should have excellent communication skills,
Should be able to take calls for IT related issues and be able to tackle their queries. Allocating sites to engineers, call logging, updating reports and keeping track of the compliant till the time it is resolved and closed.

  Desired profile of the candidate   Fresher & Experienced with Good written and Oral communication skill, Basic computer operation.
